Brand new with plastic on handle. Wilson (K)Sting in
a 105 head size. The (K) sting weighs 11.6 ounces unstrung and is 27
inch long
Recommended string tension is 53 to 63 lbs on this
16X19 string pattern where I recommend going down 3 lbs in the
cross strings to equalize pressure throughout the string bed.
Wilson recommends this racket for a variety of playing styles from
beginners to intermediate advanced with anywhere from short compact
swings to medium fast swing speeds. The K Sting features Karophite
technology which utilizes carbon black nano fiber for better control
and feel. This 26 mm cross beam is matched with a tapered and slightly
narrower throat bridge for a comfortable yet powerful hit.
It is balanced at 34.0 cm for a 2 pt head light
rating. Combining this balancing with the 9.2 ounce weight produces a
very head light feel and an extremely manueverable racket.
