ACCOMMODATION
Our comfortable bedrooms have been completely renovated and each room includes:

• WI-FI Internet access
• An en-suite shower room
• tea and coffee making facilities
• television/DVD player
• hairdryer
• radio.

 Other helpful items, such as an iron and ironing board, are available on request and we can help you to reduce your luggage by offering the loan of beach equipment (windbreak, picnic rug, beach toys) during your stay!

The Sun Deck offers a full English breakfast using fresh ingredients which are sourced locally wherever possible, as well as a range of alternatives to suit a variety of individual tastes.  We can supply breakfasts to suit special dietary requirements if requested in advance.

Other services
We can provide a packed lunch on request, free coffee flask refills for all guests and a cot and high chair for young visitors.  Please note that although children are welcome we do not provide stair gates or other special facilities, therefore parental supervision is required at all times.

A major feature of our house is, of course, the sun deck - a large wooden patio equipped with garden furniture and parasols, offering our guests a sunny spot (weather permitting!) in which to relax and enjoy the garden.  The sun deck can  usually be accessed via the door in the dining room from 8.00am to 10.00am and between 4.00pm and 8.00pm daily. 

 

The Beeston Room

£12 per child up to 12 years old per night (when sharing the family room with parent/s)

Single occupancy of double room:
£39 per adult per night

Please note: All prices include a full breakfast including a choice of hot dishes, cereals, toast, fruit and yogurt plus tea, coffee and fruit juices.

Payment:
Payment may be made by cash or debit card (credit card on request). Most cards accepted. Cheques accepted with a valid cheque guarantee card.

We ask for a £20 deposit per room, per night.

 

Arrival/departure
Guests are asked to arrive between 4.00pm and 6.00pm (otherwise by arrangement).  Once you have checked in you will be given a key so that you can come and go as you please.

Please vacate your room by 10.00am (weekdays) or by 10.30am (weekends).
